• Then you are required to send a photo/video of the product along with the purchase bill
• The team will review the claim and revert within 24 to 48 working hours
• Complete warranty claim process involves validation of defects through the expert team and hence the complete process could take 5-7 working days.

Refrigerators/ Deep Freezers/ Visi coolers

Warranty Duration: 6 months

Coverage: Compressor and basic cooling system

Exclusions: Electrical parts like PCB, lights, display, etc ; Accessories (shelves, trays), and physical damage

Washing Machines

Warranty Duration:

• Factory seconds: 6 months
• Kunstocom: 2 year comprehensive warranty; 5 year motor warranty

Coverage: Motor and mechanical parts

Exclusions: Electrical parts like PCB, etc. ; Physical damage, and external accessories

Geysers

Warranty Duration:

• Factory seconds geysers: 6 months
• Power Prime (Metal): 1 year
• Power Prime/Nuvoton (SS Tank): 2 years
• Power Prime/Nuvoton (Glassline): 4 years

Coverage: Heating element and thermostat

Exclusions: Physical damage, electrical parts, external fittings and internal leakage

Warranty Duration: 6 months

Coverage: Comprehensive, i.e. All parts

Speakers Warranty Duration:

• Factory seconds speakers: 6 months
• P-tech speakers: 1 year

Other terms and conditions: 

• Warranty period starts from the date of product purchase
• IF any REFRIGERATION PRODUCT is turned on BEFORE 24 HOURS, warranty will be VOID
• IF product is repaired by UNAUTHORISED PERSONNEL, warranty will be VOID
• We currently only offer on site warranty in locations in Delhi NCR.
• If the damage is due to customer fault (e.g. rat bite, water damage, misuse, voltage fluctuation) service charges will apply.
• Internal leakage will not be covered in the warranty
• No refunds will be provided under this warranty policy
