The products we sell are factory seconds, which means they are not brand-new, but they are not “used” in the traditional sense. They may have minor imperfections or cosmetic issues but are fully functional. All our products undergo a thorough quality check before being made available for sale.

Factory seconds refer to products that are either overstock, display models, or have minor cosmetic imperfections but are fully functional. These products may have been returned, refurbished, or have slight cosmetic defects (such as scratches or dents), but they have been thoroughly inspected to ensure they work as expected.

Are the products covered by a warranty?

Yes! All products sold on Costify India come with a warranty. The standard warranty period is 6. Please refer to the product listing for specific warranty details.

How do I know if a product has any cosmetic imperfections?

Each product listing on our website includes detailed information about the condition of the item. If there are visible cosmetic defects, such as dents or scratches, they will be clearly mentioned with accompanying photos wherever possible. Do you deliver outside Delhi NCR?

Yes, we deliver outside Delhi NCR. However, please note that our on-site warranty service is currently limited to Delhi NCR only. For customers outside this region, warranty claims will require the product to be brought to our service center.

How do I know if a product is available for delivery to my location?

You can check if a product can be delivered to your address by entering your pin code on the product page or at checkout. If your location is not serviceable, you will be informed before you complete your order.

Can I customize my product before purchasing?
